Can iTunes detect that I have been jailbroken?

I just jailbreaked my 3GS (3.2.1) with blackrain and installed some things from cydia. Later on in the day I will plug my phone to my pc for recharging and syncing. So my question is, when iTunes starts to sync my phone (and I also agreed to an 'anonymous' collection of data from my phone [forgot the name of the agreement]), will iTunes detect the jailbroken apps on my phone and report me? Will I get in trouble if I were found out to be using jailbroken apps?
