safe to upgrade to itunes 9

im running a 3gs on windows i have jb and no problems w it exept battery goes dead faster but....o well and i thought a while back i seen a thread when itunes 9 came out they were sayn dont upgrade was just curious if it was ok yet or if i even should just curious dont wanna lose my jb or screw my phone up and cause a issue

You can update your iTunes, no problem. Just don't let it update your iPhone.
