HELP! Upgraded to 3.1(non itunes) + installed Activatemms2g

So i upgraded to firmware 3.1 and everything was going good and worked fine then im on wifi at work on saturday and i installed activatemms2g then i restarted the iphone and now it just stays with the apple logo and every so often turns off and back on and i tried plugging it into the usb cable to try and restore it and it doesnt even come up as connected! does anyone know what i can do?
