How do I disable restrictions on my iPod?

Ok so I know how to get to the restrictions and stuff but they have so like I'm not even allowed to click anything on there. It all grey. And I've tried to reset setting and it did nothing. I just won't to FaceTime.

If a parent have set restrictions, have the parent disable restrictions for you. Otherwise, you cannot bypass them without restoring the device.
