    It discharges to 20% in around 3 hours and after this, it behaves kinda strange. Below 20%, it gives me additional 1-2 hours. Is this something normal?

    Maybe. Are you using the iPod somewhat heavily during the initial 3 hours and not so much at the end of the day?
