Link loading error, iPod touch 5

I've noticed ever since updating to iOS 8.3, my iPod seems to not like opening links. A pop-up always shows up, saying loading error, but the link opens just fine. (It's done this with every link I open, not just specific ones).

You might consider reinstalling the iOS on the device. Hook to iTunes... backup, sync, restore the iOS, restore the backup, sync...

Mine started to do that about a week ago but I'm still on 8.1
