When I try to get into a forum it shows this. I try deleting the cookies. Deleting my history. Turning off my WiFi. Doing a hard reset on my phone. Nothing.

Can you open other websites? If you can open other websites, it could be the site is doing maintenance, or the site no longer exists. It's hard to say for sure what the issue could be.

It could be a temporary server issue. How long has it been going on? Have you waited a day or so, then tried again? TapaTalk sometimes has server issues that causes log in problems.

When do you think it will be back?

Looks like the domain is good through November of this year. Maybe the site owner too it down. There's no way for us to know that information.

Did you look at the images I posted above? I can't get to the site either, from wifi, LTE or at home. You're not blocked, the site is apparently down. There's nothing we here at iMore can do.

Sites do go down from time to time for a few minutes to a few days, or even permanently. Permanently would be because the site administrator does not want to maintain the site any longer or the administrator has a disagreement with the provider of the web resources such as storage the site is using. The only way to know is to contact the site administrator. Perhaps they have an email address you can access?
