Auto-off device

Hey guys. Just getting into iOS eco system. Would like to know if there is anyway to auto-off the device in iOS after/at specific time. It's just that I have a habit of consuming YouTube while in bed. As with the Android device where are many apps that does this, Is there anything of that sort in iOS directly/indirectly?

I am not aware of such feature on iOS.
Hopefully someone else with another solution will come soon to help you out.
