I was long time Blackberry user till 2011 when Verizon got the white 4S. That was my first iPhone. From there I had the pink 5C and gold 5S. In January 2016 I got the rose gold 6S Plus. Currently I'm on the fence of possibly getting to the rose gold SE... That phone design is my favorite but I'm unsure about going to a 4"screen again

Indeed. Going to a 4” screen from 5.5” is a pretty big gap.
But that form factor! And the Rose Gold SE is stunning
