Easiest way is through iTunes. One thing you can double check is that the settings you had for syncing photos is still set where you want it. After the update to iOS 9.3, I found my photos were not syncing. I went into my iPhone when it was plugged into my Mac & iTunes and found it had actually turned off my photos sync. Once I turned it back on, it was fine. Hopefully that is all it is.
