Significant signal loss on iPhone 6 since 9.3 update

Updated my iPhone 6 (Rogers WIreless) yesterday from 9.2.1 and I'm having significant loss of signal affecting both LTE and call reception. Is anyone else here experiencing the same thing?

Not seeing that on my iPhone6 on Verizon.

I haven't noticed anything on my Verizon or Comcast wifi.

Have you done the carrier update? (Newest version is 24.1 for Rogers)
