The bad news -- I laid down my bike on Sunday. With 2-week-old iPhone 6s+ in my front left jeans pocket. Yes I was wearing my helmet, well shielded jacket, gloves, boots. Bike is scraped up a bit, I got a few small bruises, but I'm fine. I landed on my left side, and in fact I'm sure that at least one of my thigh bruises came from the edge of the phone in my pocket. Jeans were ripped all around that pocket, and there's a nice gouge in one corner of the case (Apple gel case), but there isn't a mark on the phone. Luckily I only have a dinged up bike to cry about. about.
