UGH!! On my confirmation from t-mo, they left my apartment number off the shipping address. I went to the t-mo customer support chat (because I'm unable to use my phone at the moment - I'm on a conference call) and they said that I'll need to call t-mo, cancel my order, and resubmit it!!!!! WTF??? I'm really hoping that's not right. I'm going to call them on my break. Kinda freaking out now...

OK...I'm NOT a happy camper right now . Just got off the phone with Verizon and the only iPhones that will be available on the 25th will be store delivered pre-orders. Their not expecting the new iPhones 6s/6s Plus to be in stores for sale until sometime in October. This is NOT GOOD for my plans. .

I'm thinking of ordering a 6s Plus and taking my wife's sim card and putting it in my 6plus and turning in her 5s ($300 turn in right now with Verizon) and just pay the approx early termination contract fee of $60.....I'm working my brains for the moment I could have sworn I saw some smoke coming from my ears...LOL

My wheels are turning. Has apple started the sim free option or does that start only after 9/25 ? I keep moving in and out of the US, as such don't wanna go for a carrier but would prefer to buy unlocked and sim free. Thought if I pay the full device price, it will be unlocked but I would still have to chose a carrier (which I don't want).

They were not available on Saturday morning for pre-order. As of today, they still aren't available. Typically they come out between 2 and about 6 weeks after the launch...

I had the option of buying it unlocked and the only option was T-Mobile. I got it even though I'm on AT&T because it's still going to work anyway. I think you should be fine with that one. Just make sure the LTE bands on that model match wherever it is you go.

Has Verizon gotten a pre-order right yet? Only reason I ordered through Verizon is so I can get my phone on the payment plan. I knew going in that Verizon would probably screw up my order, they did last year too. As it stands, the order confirmation page said I would receive it on the 25th, and the email I got said October 7th. So all I know is that sometime in September or October I am supposed to get a phone. Im not even going to bother calling and asking, because they honestly don't have a clue.

Nooooo!!! I'm so sorry . I finally called T-Mo but I couldn't continue changing my address with the rep for some reason on their end and she needs to call me back. She swears that I won't lose my place and my phone will be delivered on the 25th...but I don't know if I can trust that at all.

I really don't need a sim free device. Verizon gives you the option of using a new sim card with a new device or switching the one you already have. When I switched from my 5s to 6Plus I just kept the new sim card in and activated it over the phone.

Ok, this is just a "THEORY", but since Apple's record shows that everytime they release a new iPhone, they break their own selling records. Why not just make a lot more than what they normally make so on or approx around the 25th of Sept they have enough to go around. If they don't sell as much as they make for the on/about 25th, they will still sell during the holiday season and rest of the year. Whats the problem?

They haven't been washed in years now because the next trip through the rinse cycle will reduce them to a nondescript pile of threads, lint, and the residue of remnants of assorted cookouts and late-night snacks. The dogs don't mind them, and if they're good enough for them, they should be good enough for this throng of reprobates. I can say that because I still own a BlackBerry. I can say it here because I, one of the few remaining bastions of hope for BlackBerry fandom, have acquiesced kicking and screaming into mobile conformity and pre-ordered a 6S+. Think of it like Seinfeld's dentist who converted to Judaism just for the jokes.

Is it an apartment? If so you can just call UPS and update it with them or leave a note with the detail of the package at your leasing office.

I've had a lot of companies forget my apartment number. -_-
