    I own an iPhone 5s and just updated to iOS 8.4.

    After updating to iOS 8.4 from 8.3, iPhone was connected to bluetooth for about a half day, until it suddenly disconnected from the car's bluetooth while I was driving.

    I restored the iPhone to a previous backup, I have rebooted the iPhone, restored the iPhone to factory settings, I reset all iPhone settings, I reset network settings, I have redone loaded iOS 8.4 directly from my computer, and still no luck.

    Any other ideas?

    What about the obvious thing , delete the pairing in the car first and re pair your phone , if you have cleared all the settings in your phone ,their will no pairing on your phone . So start by deleting the pairing on the stereo first and then start a fresh set up
