Transferring AppleCare+

I purchased my daughter a 5C for Xmas, she wants a 5s gold now after seeing mine.

Question is I had purchased applecare+, can I move the applecare+ over to the 5s I am gonna purchase today for her? (only been 7 days since purchased)

Call Apple. They will refund what you paid for AC+ on the 5C. Then they will set up and recharge you for AC + on the Gold 5S. This is what I did when I went from the SpaceGray 5S to my current Silver 5S.
