iPhone XS Max Display - Standard or Zoomed?

There is definitely not an overwhelming diffence between Zoomed and Standard on the MAX, just enough to tell the difference in my opinion.
I don't have an X to compare.

In most situations it is easy to have easy to read. Many apps let you zoom via the pinch gesture. Many apps let you adjust text size. The Max model phone is letting me do more work without my laptop.

I actually never gave the standard vs zoomed display much thought but I had to set up my wife's new iPad and restored from her iPhone backup and she prefers the zoomed look for icons. I am going to give it a try to see if I like it.

Zoomed, I like everything to be as big as possible, that's why I went with the XS Max over the XS.

I wish we had an option to cut the app icon size enough to put 5 on each row, rather than 4. They would probably need to be about 50% smaller.

I've been using zoomed for a while and I haven't noticed a difference, so I will try the standard again and see if I think its worth keeping it in zoomed mode.

To have more icons or folders on one screen page. I don't need to see the icons up close, as long as I can tell what they are.

Being that I wear prescription eyeglasses, standard is more than enough for my eyes.
