iPhone XS Max Display - Standard or Zoomed?

Does the resolution take a dump on zoomed?

I just swapped back to standard, i think text is a bit clearer, just make the text size a bit bigger.

LOL, I guess I'm "old". I have/do used Zoomed Effects on all of my Plus sized iPhones.

Not that I've noticed. Wallpapers can be adjusted as well.

I use standard on my 6s Plus. On the Plus, there's a big difference in the app icon sizes. On the Max, the difference doesn't appear to be that much. Not on the screenshots I've compared. They're slightly larger on zoomed, but not by much.

Yea, the zoomed icons on the Max seem smaller than the standard icons on the X from last year.

I actually dont see a huge difference between the two lol. Mine is set to standard so thats fine.

Only switched to regular to try @Hayseed backgrounds, but went back to Zoomed.

To me the "Zoomed" is not so "Zoomed" on the iPhone XS Max.

The standard icons on the iPhone X looked larger than the zoomed ones on the max.

What you think?
