I have some Slickwraps Honeycomb, blue and gold and their glossy clear coming this week. This will give me the option to cover it and use a case when i need it if I don't I am good too.

I ordered my slickwraps clear. They sent me a tracking number on 9/21 and I still haven’t seen any movement on it lol.

Edit: Not even five minutes after I posted this USPS emailed me with an update that it was out for delivery lmao. It literally said shipping label made just this morning.

I had just a skin on my X for the last couple weeks. I don’t know if I’ll be doing it with XS Max though.

Not a fan of dbrand skins myself. I just don't like the feel of them and don't think they offer any type of grip. I think they make the phones even more slippery.

I would like to see some photos once you applied the clear Slickwrap. I had the Zagg protector front and back on my Gold 5s and I liked the look of it. It was still on after 22 months and still looked great. I was also able to use any case with it as well.

Put a dbrand on my
Max today. Still using my case though. Think I might try to find a black venal Apple logo to cover the silver Apple logo though.

I’ve got a dbrand on right now with my Rhinoshield CrashGuard. Love the look and feel. Not brave enough to try the skin that covers the edges. Last one was a nightmare to apply, and it looked awful.

it wasn’t the easiest. The corners are the hardest part. Mine look like crap, but are covered up with my case so I don’t worry about it. The white showing through the holes in the case, such as the charging port and speaker grills/mute switch is nice though. And the benefit is the frame won’t get scratched up anymore because of the sand that gets stuck between my case and the phone.

Its really not that bad. Just take your time and use the hair dryer.
