I use Mophie for my X. One bedside and another in my office. No complaints and I only notice a slightly warm device when battery is needs a lot of juice. Never a warm device when topping off or when on charger at 100%.

I've used wireless chargers from Samsung, Techmate, Tylt, Ravpower, Coulax and a couple of other off brands.

They all work the same. The $10 charger charges the same as the $30 charger. If the apple fast charge is not important to you just got one with decent reviews that you like aesthetically and you will be good.

So what’s the difference in plugging my phone into a built in usb outlet and plugging in a wired “wireless” charger into a wall outlet and laying my phone on it, other than the usb outlet being faster, more energy efficient, and I can pick up my device and use it ?

I understand a Qi charger being built into a counter top, nightstand, end table, desktop, or car console (that a cased iPhone actually fits in), but until then, it’s not really wireless, is it ???

Difference for me is convenience. I only have to plug in that charger once instead of having to plug in the cable every time. Charging speed is not a big deal to me. If i need to charge fast I'll connect a cable. Any other time it is easier to set it and forget it.

I agree with you. This is why I only have two of them for nothing more than the sheer convenience of not having to dig for a cable to plug in. One on my nightstand since I can easily drop it there for over night charging and another on my work desk to top off since I put my phone on my desk anyway.

We have several Samsung charging pads in the house and they work perfectly. I much prefer the form factor of the Samsungs to the flat pads.

I was gifted this Samsung Wireless Fast Charger. I like it . It's simple but does the job well. To be honest I forgot all about wireless charging coming from my antiquated 7 Plus...LOL

I use a Samsung Qi charger. The one that pivots. Can charge flat or at an angle.

Got it due to Amazon sale. Otherwise too pricey.

I saw that one but the BestBuy I was at only had the tan color in stock. Do you have a photo you wouldn't mind sharing with the members?

I agree Belkin and Mophie are the best

OK so I'm behind the times...LOL , but why are Belkin and Mophie the best.? Do you have any photos of these wireless chargers? Just curious about which is actually the best for my next wireless fast charger purchase.
