why are these wallpapers only 947 × 2048 when they are downloade

Because the forum cuts the resolution. Very little is lost in quality though. I've been doing this for years, and don't see any difference. The same happens on Twitter and other places as well.

Can I get this without the shaded part and full screen no border?

I can remove the border, but it came with the shaded area. It would take photoshop on a computer to remove the shaded area.
Found the lockscreen version and did this:
