Welcome to iMore and I'm not sure if that screenshot is legit. It's also a lock screen not a home screen Screenshot. The jailbreak for the Xs and Xs Max has yet to be released to my knowledge, but I think the X jailbreak has.

It's totally legitimate. Obtained from my iPhone X using unc0ver jailbreak.

Yes. I thought the jailbreak for the X was released a day or two ago. Still waiting for the Xs Max jailbreak to be released.
