iPhone XS MAX not picking up my watch

My Max is not finding my Apple watch...even manually it doesn't pick up the watch...

Any help?

Yeah, It took me about five times before my MAX paired with my "O" series Apple Watch. I didn't do anything special, just kept trying and finally it paired. Series 4 next on my list.
