I love the Spigen liquid crystal cases. I’ve had one for several different phones in the past. They are so slim while being grippy and protective. And no scratches because they are soft silicone. They will eventually yellow, but they’re not expensive so you can just get another if needed. ESR makes a similar one that is even less expensive, about &12. I picked that one up this time for when I want a completely clear case.

Yea i had one for my xs before i returned it. Very grippy and has good protection. Yea i heard they will yellow on the corners but not the back. But for 10 bucks cant beat it and it shows off the new gold

I guess I don’t have crusty hands. 8 month old here. I used this maybe 5 months of the 8 months I had it. A little patina? Sure but My leathers don’t ever get crusty like that. He’s my proof from my X.

Go for it. Don’t worry about what others say. I showed mine red case from my X below and it looks great. This red is by far the best color.

Yea the oils from your hands and being in jeans would help with the patina. I have never seen that lol

When I first got it, I used it maybe 3 months straight. Then I used it probably 2 other times for a month at a time at least. It was using it until the day I retired from my X

After using my UAG Monarch since last week I cant use the Black Apple leather I have, the Max just doesn’t feel sold enough in it, not enough grip, marks/scratches too easy, even picking up off a table is harder. Glad I didn’t pay for it might flog it off on eBay.

Is that the Honeycomb skin for Slickwraps? If so I went with the Gold and Blue ones and just for good measure the glossy clear as well. What bumper are you using?

I’ve always gone with the Silicone cases because I charge my phones on docks like the way they sit in the Apple Store. For the dock to work you need a case with the bottom cut out. I’ll probably go with upright wireless docks soon so I can choose a different case but have just gotten use to doing things this way.

It's dbrands new matrix skin. I actuality want to pick up the blue honeycomb for my Note 9 as its the only decent skin I can find that comes close to the blue color of the Note 9. I tried the clear slick wrap but it doesn't go on clear you see all the sticky stuff and tiny bubbles.
The bumper I use is an Aluminum bumper by ESR from Amazon.
