Wireless Charging Not Fully Charging

Hubs gave me his Samsung charger because his Pixel doesn’t have it, when I got my XR. I charge it at night but lately its not been fully charged! Any ideas what’s going on?

On your iPhone X🅁, go to Settings→ Battery→ Battery Health and then check to see if “Optimized Battery Charging” is enabled.

The optimized battery charging option is not there on iOS 12.
