If you turned reduced motion off and go set wallpaper you just used git set and would fit to the screen correctly now on 13.2 if you do it will not fix to screen no more you have try line it up your self with great difficulty

You'll need to use the new XR size at Heyeased site. I made one for the new Max size, and it worked.
here are the start of 13.2 edge wallpapers
