Hi,
My iPhone XS Max is nearly three years old.
January 2021 - I check the battery cycle count via Siri shortcut which stated count at 556 which seemed accurate.
October 2021 I’ve check battery cycle count via the same Siri shortcut but it now shows 263.
Does anybody know what’s going on?
Phone never been jailbroken. Battery health showing 90%.

Are you running a beta version of iOS? If so, which one?

I’m running latest version 15.0.2. Never had any beta versions.

I don’t trust that kind of information about charge cycles and such.

Battery Health in Settings is enough information about my battery for me. And even that I don’t know how to interpret.
