For the past weeks or even months, my AirPods constantly disconnect after seconds. I tried reconnecting, unpair/repair, turn off Bluetooth, etc. It usually doesn't stay connected for more than 1O seconds. It seems this problem is more frequent in the morning. Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this problem? It's very annoying.

Have you tried resetting the network settings on your iPhone? Is there something nearby that could be interfering with the Bluetooth connection? How long have you had your AirPods?

Try re-pairing Airpods with your X (under bluetooth, forget device and re-pair). Ive experienced no issues with Airpods staying connected, sometimes the left airpod doesnt charge but thats more an airpiece problem and less an iphone issue.
