    Hi, has anyone had Tictok app automatically installed on there iPhone X as I've never used this app and it's on my home screen now...

    Have you installed it on another iOS device that you are logged into your Apple account with and have app syncing enabled? Could someone else have installed it in your device?

    It’s very odd to have an app “automatically install” if you’ve never downloaded it before.

    As Lee_Bo says, you must have the app on another device that uses the same Apple ID for iTunes. Regardless, try toggling off Apps for automatic downloads. Go to settings> iTunes & App store> toggle off automatic downloads for Apps. If you do not have that app on any device and have never had it on another device, call Apple Support.
