iPhone device keeps updating. Now the newly released iPhone for 2019 is coming on its way and I am hoping to replace it with my old iPhone X. I need to wipe all my data and if you guys can suggest how to do it.
Thanks.

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase all Contents and Settings.

I can't remember if it walks you through this or not, but you should probably turn off "Find my iPhone" in Settings / Your name (at the top) / iCloud before you "Erase all content and settings".

Just don’t forget to sign out from your iCloud account first then unpair Apple Watch if you have one before you completely erase all contents.
