iPhone X max frozen - WIERDLY

Have never had this happen. The screen is frozen. It was asking me “Allow this device to access photos or videos?’ But I can’t choose yes or no because it’s frozen. If I try to restart because it’s frozen, I can’t slide the power off button afteI press the buttons on the side of the phone. This is the weirdest part, if I keep pressing both at the same time and keep pressing , after a second it calls 911 on its own. I had to call 911 on another phone and tell them my phone is calling, not me . There’s nothing I can do to select the only thing I see is the frozen allow this device question that I can’t answer because the touch screen is not working

To restart, try these in order:

Press and release volume up
Press and release volume down
Press and hold the side button until the phone restarts.

Hard reset doesn’t work. Volume up , then volume down, then side doesn’t work. Siri works. It looks like the touchscreen is not working. I guess I’m taking it in and let them deal with it . I’ve had more problems with iPhone X than with any other iPhone.
