How to tell if the LCD screen of X is replaced by aftermarket

Just curious, thinking of buying a used X, i am not worried about water damage since the X is water resistant, but more of the LCD.

How to tell if the LCD is replaced by aftermarket cause I know not only the LCD is not genuine, but the water resistant is breached and may no longer be water resistant.

Be wary of buying devices that have not been repaired by a licensed repair shop and as noted above the iPhone X doesn’t have an LCD display it’s an OLED display
