    With Android "Google Translate" can be used to lookup for a word while browsing a website.

    With IOS can that be done as well ?

    Yes, highlight the word you want the definition for and tap Look Up.

    In Settings > General > Dictionary you can specify which dictionaries are used for Lookup.

    Now as I pictured a few posts ago, highlight a word and see for yourself if it gives the result you expect.
