    So my girlfriend wanted me to find her a movie on iTunes and when I went on my iPhone to do so, I keep getting the error seen in my attachment, that’s when ok LTE. If I connect to WiFi it works fine. Strangely I cannot figure out how to fix this and I know on her X she is able
    To use the store on LTE, we both are on T-Mobile.

    Any help?

    Go to Settings > Cellular and look under the apps listed under “Cellular Data” and make sure the iTunes Store is toggled on

    I deliberately have my iPhone set up this way. I do not have unlimited data plan so I do not want my apps and updating automatically when I am not on Wi-Fi. I completely understand your surprise! It can be disconcerting... I’ve forgotten a few times and have tried to access either iTunes or the App Store when I’m not on Wi-Fi!
