A one time subscription fee? I don't recall that offer. Are they still offering it? If not, then it's better to get the Pro version for $2.99, rather than pay $1 a month for ad free subscription.

About the only difference is the free version has ads on some forums. Unless money is an issue, I'd get the Pro version.

Yep, that’s right. I’ve installed the latest Tapatalk app (non-Pro) and sure enough, I still have my diamond shaped V logo and no ads.

It's sad when a company does not update/support their paid Pro version when they keep the free (ad infested) version updated.

Update: I just purchased the Pro version and it's not optimised for the X yet.

I think VIP years ago when I was on the beta previously, back on the beta again. I bought Tapatalk for every platform, Tapatalk 2, and Tapatalk Pro. Pro may be ad free but that’s it. It doesn’t offer any other features now.
