Help still can’t share photos from photo app to FB. Only when I’m in the FB app

I’ve enabled the ability to share ...help!!

I tried it and I have to tap twice on the FB icon from the share sheet before it can work. The first tap just blink then 2nd tap I’m able to. I think it’s a bug. Other app that appear on my share sheet doesn’t do this.
