After reviewing the hundreds of screen shots, I'm surprised that only two others (steveh552, TheRewardisCheese) follow my pattern of organizing apps alphabetically. I group apps according to how often I access them and then alphabetize within groups. And yes, I realize that's highly OCD. :)

I just sort mine so my most used apps are easily reachable, with Apple made apps on the first page.

I used to have multiple pages of apps but decided to consolidate it down to one. Most used stuff and some things like calendar/phone/etc. live on the screen or in the dock, everything else goes in folders. If I forget where I put it, it's easy enough to just pull down & search. I do the same thing on my iPad. I do keep the first screen clear to look at my wallpaper, but I never go to that screen so I might just do away with it I guess. I get a good enough view of the wallpaper when unlocking.
