Unable to swipe up on home page to change apps

I thought it was working for a while but all of a sudden I can't swipe up to change apps. I can't find anything in Settings for the dock settings.

For it it’s very finicky. Most of the time I can’t get it to work.

Operator error. I looked at an article I printed and found my problem. I wasn't sweeping up the stopping for a second before lifting my finger. like said elsewhere it's going to take a bit of time and use to get used to the swiping.

Right. I was going to ask if you were stopping. I don’t think I could use a home button again. I’m already adapted to the gestures.

Yep! You have to swipe up then stop in the middle for a few seconds. Works every time for me.
