Mine always said 11/02-11/03. Hopefully you'll hear something soon. It can ship out Wednesday night and still get to you Friday, so you've still got some time.

So far it seems only the Space Gray have changed to "Shipped". I ordered one of each in the 64GB capacity and only the Space Gray has change to "Shipped" the Silver still shows pre-order but estimated ship date remains 11/2-11/3.

I ordered a 256GB silver and mine shipped. UPS has marked it for delivery on 11/3, but I’ll be requesting it to be held so I can pick it up bright and early Friday morning.

Ordered 2 silver and 1 space gray, all have status changed to SHIPPED... Of course, track the packages on ups site, and it says READY FOR UPS... Not looking like anyone will actually get their phones before Friday
