Here's a few pictures of the Lifeproof Fre for the iPhone X. Everything seems to work fine except the screen is so grainy that it completely ruins the iPhone X experience. Stay far away from this one.

That’s always the case with the first batch though. Give them a couple months and the quality always gets better.

Sounds like you need a UAG or Element Case or maybe a Pitaka if you want to go slim.

Why should Lifeproof/Otterbox get a pass on their initial batches, either they can make the case correctly out of the gate or they shouldn't make it at all.

I've been down this road may of times in the past. After Lifeproof makes their second or third reiteration of the case they will improve the clarity of the plastic but it will still suck pretty bad.

This is the last Lifeproof Fre I will ever buy. This one is going straight back for a refund after Christmas.
