I have been using the Lifeproof Next case and love it so far. Wanting to try the Slam case next.

It takes it from 2.79” to 3.23”. I haven’t really noticed much difference in the feel. The button work flawlessly, even the mute switch works well.

I also have the otterbox defender and that added some bulk to where I removed it after a couple of hours. It will be going back.

I tried one like this but didn’t like the cradle setup. Got this in Friday and tried it with the X and works great. You just need to put one of their magnets inside your case. I use the apple leather case and it works awesome.

I had one of those magnets fry a 6S screen so don't think i would risk it again.

Love the symmetry as well. Hoping the Lifeproof Slam is comparable. There just weren’t any symmetry colors that screamed “I have to have that!”

I also have a black/green Lifeproof Slam coming. It was a toss up between the black/green and the grey/red (wish it was black/red). It's coming USPS and should be delivered on Monday - I'll check back in and let you know what I think!

I was so inspired by pics of some of you here posting the Apple saddle brown leather case with the black/jet black 7 plus that I bought the same case for my space gray X.

I haven’t had a problem. Speck Presidio Neon at the moment. Doesn’t even come close to bothering it.
