iPhone SE hdmi output question.

Hi guys! I have a spare iPhone se first gen(2016) and I’m hoping to hook it up to my epson home cinema 2040 projector with NATIVE 1080p resolution. My question is, will it my iPhone se able to output native 1080p resolution when I play 1080p h264 videos on it? Or will it only output a 1080p video downscaled to 640 x 1136 (iPhone se’s screen resolution)? Thanks for your time!
