    Hi!

Today, a few apps updated. Threes of those apps cannot be updated. It says “<App name> cannot be updated right now. Try again later.” Then it asks me to select repeat or ok.

No matter how many times I repeat, it doesn’t update. I restarted my phone but it still doesn’t update.
    I’m using iOS 12.2.
Is there anything I can do or should I leave it be and it’ll be fixed on its own?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Sign out of AppStore and log back in and see if that resolves this issue.

Bejeweled Stars, Microsoft Outlook and PicsArt.

    Should I reinstall them?
I don’t even know if I will be able to reinstall them.

Disable VPN if you have it enabled and try to update with WiFi disabled.
I’m not sure why this is happening to you.
Hopefully someone else with a better answer will come along soon.

Try toggling airplane mode on, then back off.
Try using a VPN or proxy.

Toggling on and off airplane mode doesn’t work either.

How do I do that VPN or proxy thing..?

I would reach out to Apple Support first. It's probably something simple we're missing. But there should be VPN apps available.

    Thanks.

So I just found out I can update on cellular data but not on WiFi.

I don’t even know what to do anymore. I’ve forgotten the network and connected again, I tried changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8 but it doesn’t work.

Reinstalling the app is also not a choice. Once uninstalled you get the same message if you try to reinstall.

I can’t even seem to contact Apple support (Europe) right now. I’ll just leave it be.

Why can't you contact Apple Support? Did you try their chat online? Did you try restoring your phone as new, not from a back up?

It says it’s not possible at the moment.
I’ll have to restore my phone when I get home.

    Thanks for helping.

I'm late to this conversation, but I definitely recommend a fresh start. I would delete the ripsaw file from the computer, put the iPhone in DFU mode and then have iTunes download and install a fresh full copy of iOS 12.x. Afterwards, I would set up the device as new and not from a backup.

If you can update via cellular data and not WiFi, could you just toggle the WiFi off?

The situation was resolved by itself. Woke up to all apps updated. Weird behaviour.
