Why are my declined calls forwarding to another number?

My screen broke a couple months back and while it was being repaired I had my calls forwarded to another phone. I turned call forwarding off and I can receive calls now. However, if I decline a call or fail to pickup, my phone forwards the call to the other number.

I tried calling my provider and they reset my voicemail and I set it up again but my declined calls are still forwarding. Please help.

Go to settings → Phone → Call Forwarding and verify that the toggle is OFF.

Reboot your iPhone and then see if declined calls get forwarded.

In addition, make sure that the toggle is OFF for the other device in the “Call on Other Devices” settings.
