Renaming SE Photos

How do you rename photos and videos on IPhone SE without plugging it into the computer? I’ve seen forums where they say hit the info button, or the O with three dots... but I don’t have an info button and the 3 dot button only takes me to the markup screen. Help! Thanks

As far as I know you have to use a 3rd party app to rename photos. Check out Metapho or just search "edit exif" in the App Store. There are several apps in there that might be able to help you.
