how much on average would it cost me to unlock an iphone se?

Im being offered a swap for my laptop and need to know as the phone I would receive is locked to tesco mobile.

Welcome to iMore! That's up to Tesco Mobile. If you're under contract with them you'll generally have to satisfy your end of the bargain before they'll unlock your device. If you aren't under any obligation they may do it for free. I recommend contacting them.
