How can I get the phone contacts from my Iphone 4 to my new IPhone SE?

My email contacts have transferred over (hundreds of them) but not my phone contacts, do I need to add them all manually?

Did you back-up your iPhone4 and set-up new one from back-up, then you'd get everything, or if you have them all backed up to iCloud, if not you will have to do it manually.

Make sure contacts are toggled on in the iCloud settings on your old iPhone and your new one. You could also try transferring the contacts by saving them to iTunes.
