Changing notification sounds

I was wondering if there was a way to choose app specific notifications?
Because, well, the iPhone doesn't have an LED so I rely on notifications to know what I received.

But they're all the same, be it email, Tapatalk, Instagram and such.
I checked in 'Sounds' and here's what I see:

Most app developers have their own built in notification sound and can not be changed. But if you can change it the settings would be in the application itself, rather then in the iOS settings menu.
