There was an issue where dust was found inside the rear camera of iPhone 5/5s. Is it due to design flaw of these product lines? I'm afraid that iPhone SE will have similar problem soon or later. We may not find the dust today, but it's likely that we will. ??

The SE has the same rear camera as the 6S, and I haven't experienced myself or seen any reports of dust under the lens with that module.

I don't recall that issue with the 5/5s. My 5 never had it. I don't think that was ever a wide spread issue. I just don't recall it at all.

On Google search, there are lots of threads regarding this issue. There are instruction videos about how to remove the dust by opening the iPhone.

I don't think it's the camera module that has the problem, but the space between the module and the glass covering it. There's a microphone next to the rear camera. This hole can potentially be a hole for dust. I'm just worried.

Like Led said above, this is a non issue.

I had the 5S for 2 years prior to my current 6S and have never had, or even heard of this before.

Well, spin your wheels for nothing then. Its not a problem. Maybe a small number of users had it. But 99.99% did not.
