IPhone SE and Acura TLX SH-AWD/Tech compatability

My 2015 TLX is email & text capable on my Navigation screen
Why is the IPhone SE not compliant
My old BlackBerry Q10 had no problems displaying either/or
Everything else on the SE works:
Bluetooth audio, phone, contacts, etc.
Any ideas?
Apple tech's are clueless

Have you check with your Acura dealer to see if there's an available update to your system that may fix the problem you're having?

Update: Went into settings then Bluetooth/show notifications; that did the trick, for incoming text messages
For some reason the outgoing send doesn't work
Hopefully, there's a fix

Excellent, and thank you for the update. Hopefully, they'll be a remedy for outgoing soon. I'm not surprised that it doesn't work, especially if you're driving, for safety reasons.

FYI: Spoke with Senior Apple Tech on Saturday
He informed me there's a Bluetooth problem with the new IPhone SE
Claims that a software upgrade is coming shortly
Hopefully, that alleviates the "send", text problem, as well
The majority of complaints have come from BT call "distortion" problems, of which I have none.
Waitin' for that fix!
