    Hi,

I've read many reviews, and they have unanimously said that the Galaxy S7 series has the superior camera. The iPhone SE camera is excellent (as with other iPhone Cameras), but the Samsung just edges it here (sorry for the terrible pun). I have used both the 6S and S7 cameras and I must say I cannot see much of a difference. Both look amazing.

I'd have to say they're neck to neck. I've seen pics taken on the iPhone that are amazing, as well the S7 Edge. Can't go wrong w either one.

Outdoor both phones equally amazing, but in low light condition S7 takes a better pics. More bright, less noises and looks sharper

I agree with all the comments. I've also red a lot of reviews and all say that S7 is a better camera, specially with low light conditions.

The S7 is hands down the best camera for a smartphone today.

The iPhone camera is great but not the greatest anymore. Still prefer iOS over Android and the camera on the iPhone is fantastic either way but the S7's photos are marginally better than the new iPhones or probz any other phone out in the market.

Samsung tends to have a better camera, but with that said, I've always been happy with the iPhone. I've owned other phones before, Android, windows etc, and for ease of use, and software available, I prefer the iPhone.

S7 will have the better camera. Samsungs optics have gotten a lot better. You can check its score on dxomark.

Anyone have a 6+ vs SE comparison? 8MP OIS vs. 12MP?

I have an S7 Edge and an SE. I'll have to echo what some previous posters have said with regards to the main camera. Daylight, there really is no difference. Low light though and the S7 Edge is a clear winner. Flash photos in low light too. There is a HUGE difference in the front-facing cameras though. The S7 Edge's is far superior. I don't take many selfies, but if those are your thing, you might not be happy with the SE.

To the naked eye, yeah. I will say I prefer the software that comes along with the iPhone. The camera is one part of the equation.

Both are excellent and all you'll need, how good the photo is or isn't depends on who is taking it.

This would have been relevant had the OP asked about the Nexus 6p, but he asked about the S7 Edge. I've seen side by side comparisons between the S7 Edge and the 6p, and in my view the S7 Edge puts out a more superior photo.... so the 6p shouldn't even be considered in the comparison between the S7 Edge and the SE (which is what the OP is asking about).

nice video but not relevant, the Galaxy S7's camera is much better than the Nexus 6P. I had that phone and the camera is just average. Part of it comes due to the very shallow Google Camera app

But iOS has great apps that make really nice low light photos. Pro Camera +HDR is one of the best. It's amazing.
